We have introduced the function to notify users of outstanding expired tasks. With this feature, you can view all users with expired tasks pushed through a notification email directly through the system.*
Manage your alerts using the alert stages below. Select 'Un-Actioned' for all un-actioned alerts, 'Notified' for all alerts where the user has been previously notified, and 'Resolved' to see which users have updated their previously expired tasks.
To action, multiple alerts at once, select the desired rows using the checkboxes in the table, followed by the action you want to perform.
*The default of this feature will be off. To turn it on, click on the 3 dots next to the Alerts tab and click on Turn On. The system will only start recording the expired tasks from the date that the Alerts function is enabled.
