Administrators have the ability to make a user ‘inactive’. Inactive users cannot log in to Altora, but can be made ‘active’ again anytime.
Changing user status
- Navigate to Users in the side menu
- Click the name of the user
- Click ‘View Profile’ near the top right of the page, any user details can be edited by an administrator here
- Scroll down to the ‘User Status’ toggle
- Toggle to the desired status
