To add a new user, navigate to the Users tab from the drop-down menu and click the +New User button in the top left corner. Enter the new user's details on the form provided. Fields denoted with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. Upon creation, you can pre-assign programs for the new user in the "Program Assignments" section or allow them to make their own choice upon login.
Select Save to proceed.
User already exists - duplicate account
If Altora detects a possible duplicate account when adding a new user, you will be prompted with the following screen. From there you can either decide to proceed with adding this new user by clicking the "continue" button at the bottom of the page or view the existing profile by clicking on the profile link.
