Email notifications are turned on by default. Below is more information about how they are triggered and the notification your users will receive.
Is email notification turned on my account?
Yes, by default automatic email notifications are on for any tasks with an expiry date (eg. courses, licences, insurances, etc…)
When are they triggered?
On due for renewal (30 days) and on expiry (day of expiry, 0 days). We find that 0 and 30 days is enough for the reminders.
What is the content?
Any time a notification is triggered, the email will list every task that is due or expired based on their program allocation. See the example below:
