If you’re finding your current active users need updating and want to inactivate a select group rather than individually this can be done with the Inactivate users feature with just a few simple steps:
- Navigate to the Users Tab and click on the 3 dots next to users to bring up Bulk Actions. From here you can choose to Inactive users. Press the Inactivate button to proceed.
- Choose the last logged in date to further filter for users
- You will then see a list of users to choose from to be made inactive. You can either tick the boxes on the left to individually select users or press Select All to select all of the users.
The final step is to review. This will confirm the number of users you have selected to be inactivated.
