Bulk Recollect Users Tasks

In Altora you can bulk request that users resubmit certain tasks. This is a quicker method to request that multiple users re-do the same task/s without having to do it individually. 

1. Navigate to the Users Tab and click on the 3 dots next to users to bring up Bulk Actions. From here click on the Recollect button to proceed.
2. Choose the program that contains the tasks you wish to ask for recollection. Press Continue
3. Select the tasks you would like to request resubmission. 
4. Select the relevant filters to help narrow down the exact users you wish to request resubmission from.
5. You will then see a list of users to choose from. You can either tick the boxes on the left to individually select users or press Select All to select all of the users.  Press Continue when done.
6. The final step is to review. This will confirm the number of users you have selected.
