The Schedule report functionality is part of the new reports currently in BETA.
To view scheduled reports, go into Settings, and select Saved Reports. Make sure that the report you want to schedule already exists in this list. If it does not, you will need to create one before proceeding.
Setup a scheduled report
Scheduled reports enable you to send a report to an email at specified cycles. You can choose a report, the email address, and how often to send it. Recurring reports are sent at the beginning of each chosen cycle. For example, a daily report will get sent at the start of each day, a weekly report will get sent at the start of each Monday, and a monthly report will get sent at the start of the 1st of each month.
To schedule a report, select the "+ Schedule A Report" button.
We can now choose a saved report to schedule, choose the frequency at which to send the report, and the email address it is sent to. Please note, scheduled reports can only come from saved reports.
After pressing Save, we can see this report has been scheduled. The table shows the name of the report, the frequency, and the email that is chosen. It also shows when the report was last run. A brand new scheduled report will not have run yet and will show Never.
Managing scheduled reports
Selecting the more options (3-dots menu) on the right allows you to preview the report, run and send it immediately, edit an existing schedule or delete it.
The scheduled reports emails are sent with an accompanying CSV as an attachment.
