Once you've generated a report, you’ll see two handy options at the top of the results:
Save Report Shortcut
Export CSV file
Saving your report
Want to quickly access this report again without repeating all the steps? Just click Save Report Shortcut.
A form will appear where you can:
Name your report
Click Save when you're done
That’s it! Your report is now saved and ready to reuse anytime.
Tip: Choose a name that is clear and descriptive so you’ll recognise it later.
Accessing your Saved Reports
You can access your saved reports in two places:
From the Dashboard:
Click Manage next to the Saved Reports tile.From the Reports section:
Go to the Saved Reports tab.
Managing saved reports
To edit, delete, or preview a saved report, just hover over the 3-dot menu (⋮) next to the report name.
Editing a Saved Report
Click Edit to update the report’s filters or settings.
You’ll go through the same steps as when you first saved it.
Note: You can’t change the report’s name.
Once you finish, the old version will be replaced with your updated settings.
Marking Reports as Favourites
Want to keep your dashboard clean and focused? You can favourite your most-used reports so they appear on your dashboard.
Click the star icon next to a report to favourite it.
A yellow star means it's been marked as a favourite.
Favourites are saved per administrator account, so each admin can personalise their own dashboard.
