Send users reminders to complete their tasks

Altora’s request completion feature gives admins an easy way to nudge workers to complete pending tasks or to re-complete previously finished ones.  

Use Cases There are various reasons why you may need to prompt your workers to complete their tasks:
	Send Reminders: Need to remind a worker to complete a specific outstanding task
	Content Updates: Updated a task with new content and need your workers to complete the new version
	Preliminary Action: Preliminary action required due to an incident on site. Have the workers present at the incident recomplete their compliance requirements

 

How Does it Work? 

The request completion feature can be used in two ways: either through an individual user's profile for a particular task or through the bulk action tools, which let you alert several users about several tasks. 

Individual User Select the task under a user's profile that you would like to request completion of.

Bulk Action Use the Recollect user tasks function under the Bulk Actions section to notify multiple users.
