When managing large volumes of check-in data, filters and search tools help you quickly locate specific records, such as failed check-ins or visitors from a particular company.
Steps to Filter Records
- Go to the Check-In Records page for your site.
- At the top of the table, you’ll see filter and search options.
Available Filters
- Date Range
Set a custom range (e.g. last 7 days, this month, etc.) to limit records to a specific timeframe. - Visitor Type
Filter by roles such as Company Employee, Volunteer, Visitor, etc. - Company
See records from specific companies. - Status
View only users who are currently checked in or already checked out. - Result
Filter based on compliance outcome:- PASS: Users who passed all check-in requirements
- FAIL: Users who failed one or more requirements
