Troubleshooting
You haven’t received a password reset email
Check your Spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Altora aren’t getting delivered to your inbox, ask IT to allow emails from noreply@altora.com.au and noreply@axion.com.au.
You have lost access to the email address on your account
For security purposes, you must be able to access the email address associated with your Altora account to reset your password. If that's not possible, please contact your administrator to update the email address associated with your account. Note that administrators can't reset or change passwords.
