There are two ways a person can check in:
Without an account: They simply enter their details and don’t need to have completed any inductions.
With an account: They must enter either their mobile number or user ID linked to their user profile so the system can check if they’ve completed all required site tasks in their assigned program.
To allow check-ins without an account, just toggle “Allow non-registered users to enter a site” to On.
When a visitor checks in, they can be assigned a visitor type.
To create a visitor type:
Go to the Visitor Types & Requirements tab.
Click + Visitor Type.
Enter a name for the visitor type.
Assign one or more programs to it.
Review and confirm the details.
Note: Guided programs can't be assigned to a visitor type.
The tasks in a program that are set to “required” is what the check in system will be reviewing when determining the pass or fail marks. If a standard program has all tasks marked as “optional,” the program can’t be assigned.
