There are two methods in which your users can check in: Mobile Check In or Kiosk.
- Mobile Check In: Allows users to scan a QR Code to check in on their own device
- Kiosks: Set up a company device (e.g. tablet at a front desk) for the users to check in
Mobile Check-In
Let users check in from their phones using a QR code or URL.
How it works:
- Enable the Mobile Check-In feature by switching it to "On"
- The system generates a QR Code and Site URL.
- Print the QR code or display it on a sign so users can scan it.
What the users see:
Kiosks
Use a kiosk (e.g., tablet at a front desk) for onsite check-ins. A site can have multiple Kiosks, so users can either check in or out at each site's entrance point.
Kiosk Setup:
- Click either the Register Kiosk (if no Kiosks created) or the + Register button
- Give each kiosk a unique name
- Link the Kiosk to the device by copying the URL and entering the unique code
You can choose to not have Kiosks if the site users mobile check-in only.
What the users see:
