Navigate to a user's profile page to view the user's task completions. Under each task tab (courses, documents, e-forms, acknowledgements) - you will find a listing of assigned tasks for that user. See below for more details.
To view the current courses assigned to the user, see the Courses tab.
Additional options (Mark Completed)
Courses can be marked as complete by the admin by selecting 'Mark Complete' under the additional-options menu (vertical 3-dots). Upon confirming, the time and date of doing so will be logged as the completed date on the user's record.
To view the current documents assigned to the user, see the Documents tab.
Additional-options (Submit, Renew, Edit, Delete)
As an administrator, you can manage user document records by finding the options to submit, renew, edit, or delete in the more options menu (3-dots menu) for each record. Select the action you need and complete the form that appears on the screen.
To view the current e-forms assigned to the user, see the e-forms tab.
As an administrator, you can update the user's e-forms by selecting Update found in the additional-options menu (vertical 3-dots). See the image below.
To view the current acknowledgements assigned to the user, see the Acknowledgements tab.
Additional-options (View Document)
View the signed copy of the document by selecting View Document under the more options menu (3-dots menu).
