Filter Users Tab
We have added Filters to the Users Tab, allowing you to narrow your view of select users.
To apply the filters, click on the button next to the Search section. From there you will be able to apply the desired filters and can also remove them by either clicking the X button on each filter or clicking the
button to remove all filters.
Export Users List
You will now see an Export button on the right-hand side of the Users tab. By clicking this button you will be able to export a CSV file of your current user list. Any filters applied will be included when running the export and will include any fields you have selected for view.
User Alerts
We have introduced the function to notify users of outstanding expired tasks. With this feature, you can view all users with expired tasks pushed through a notification email directly through the system.*
Manage your alerts using the alert stages below. Select 'Un-Actioned' for all un-actioned alerts, 'Notified' for all alerts where the user has been previously notified, and 'Resolved' to see which users have updated their previously expired tasks.
To action, multiple alerts at once, select the desired rows using the checkboxes in the table, followed by the action you want to perform.
*The default of this feature will be off. To turn it on, click on the 3 dots next to the Alerts tab and click on Turn On.
Admin Document Approval Records
For any documents that require approval, you will now have visibility on which admin approved that document. To view this it is found under the Complete Documents section of the Documents tab under the user's profile.
Filters Added to Bulk Inactivation
We have added a new step to the Inactivate Users bulk action. This new step will allow you to add further filters to be able to narrow your search of users you wish to inactivate.
Induction Settings Relocation
The settings location for all induction tasks and programs has been moved to now sit under the Users section.* To locate these settings, click on the 3 dots next to the Users tab and then on the Task Settings button. This will open up the settings section which you might notice has had a slight update.
*The induction settings section will still be accessible through the Settings tab for now. Please note that this will eventually be permanently moved to the Users tab.
Contractor Management System
Inactivate Workers When Inactivating a Company
When inactivating a company, you will now receive a pop-up asking whether you would like to inactivate all users within that company. Clicking "Yes" will automatically mark all users who are listed under that company to also be made inactive.
Export List of Company Admins
We have added the function to export the details of all company administrators in a CSV file. To do this click on the 3 dots next to the Companies tab and then on Export Company Administrators.
