Send Users Reminder Notifications
If users have any outstanding tasks, we have enabled the feature in which you can push out a reminder notification to the users to advise them of this. This feature can be found in the user's profile as a Remind User button located under the user's name on the right-hand side of their profile.
On the user's side, once that button is pressed they will receive an email similar to the below example which they will then be able to click on the Login button to head to their account and complete any outstanding tasks.
Add Expiry Dates to Acknowledgement Properties
We have updated our Acknowledgement Properties to include an expiry date. If the date is set to 0 this will mean that it does not expire and the user will need to complete it only once. However, if you do set an expiry date it will mean that said period after the user initially completes the Acknowledgement Property they will need to go in and re-read and sign off.
Email Users a copy of their ID Card
There is now the function to email users a copy of their ID card in the form of a PDF. This feature can be found in the user's profile next to their ID Card, there will be an Email link that you can press to send the user the email with a copy of their ID card; located under the user's name on the right-hand side of their profile.
User Registration Restriction - Mobile Number
To avoid user account duplications we have enabled the feature to restrict a user account to be registered if the mobile number that has been entered currently exists with another user's profile.* This function currently exists with email addresses however we have extended it to also include mobile numbers.
The below example is what the user will see if they do attempt to create a new account with a mobile number that currently exists with another profile.

Contractor Management System
Name of Contact Displayed in Pre-qualification Tab
We have made some amendments to the information displayed in the pre-qualification tab. You will now notice that the name of the contact entered to complete the pre-qualification will be displayed with the other company details.
Change Contact for Pre-qualification when Sending Reinvite
When needing to reinvite a company that has been requested to undergo Pre-qualification, there will be the option to change the details of the contact person if needed. This is found when clicking the three dots () on the far right-hand side of the company's name, from there you will click the Reinvite option which will then present a pop-up box that will allow you to change the contact details.
Company Filter for Document Approvals
Under the Approvals tab, there will now be a company filter that can be applied to filter specific users.*
*This filter will only be visible for systems that have the CMS enabled.
Manage Workers Tab Visible to all Company Admins
Previously, the Manage Workers tab on the company front end was only visible for companies that had "Allow company administrators to invite their own workers" enabled. We have since adjust the parameters around this function, to allow all company administrators to have visibility of the Manage Workers even if they don't have the ability to add new workers.
Company Admins to Search by Worker's Name
The search bar function under the Manage Workers tab on the company front end has been updated to have the ability to search by name as well as email address.
Check In System
Users to Check In with Username
Users will now have the option to either check in with their mobile number or username. There will be a tick option on the check in site, where they can select their preferred check in method.
Terms to be Recorded with Check In Records
If your Check In site has Terms & Conditions enabled, the terms that the user accepts during check in will be recorded along with their check in record. This means, that any time the terms and conditions are changed, the one that was enabled during the time of checking in will be recorded.

Site Name Visible on Mobile Check In Site
We have updated the view of the check in sites accessed via mobile to include the site name.
