Incomplete Status Under the Status Report
We have updated our Status Report to include the "Incomplete" status under the task to indicate whether the user has not attempted the task.
Contractor Management System
Multiple Company Admins
You can now add multiple company admins under one company profile. This is found under the Administrators tab of the company's profile. To add another admin, click on the button in the top right corner.*

*Please note that there is a limit of 5 company admins per company.
Company Admin Permissions
Company admins will be able to view their workers' completion status of their assigned tasks and upload documents on behalf of their workers*.
To access this, they will need to head to the Manage Workers tab and click on the "view" button for that worker. From there, they will be able to see the status of each task, and if they'd like to upload a document on behalf of the user, they can click on the "Submit" button to do so.
*Please note that company admins can only upload documents; this function will not be available for any other type of task (e.g. courses, e-forms and acknowledgment properties).
If a company has submitted their pre-qualification and sections of that pre-qualification require resubmittal, there is now the ability to view the currently submitted pre-qualification while waiting for the resubmittal, and the sections that require to be resubmitted will be highlighted with this symbol .
Check In System
Customise Check In Page
Each Check In Site will have the option to customise the individual Check In page. This is found under Site Settings > Appearance; from here, you will be able to personalise your check in screen by selecting your Colour Scheme, uploading a Welcome Image for the background image and adding a Welcome Message.

Manually check out users on their behalf by clicking the button, then select the date and time you'd like to set the check out for and click save.
The types of site requirements have been revised; Guided Programs will no longer be able to be assigned as a requirement for a site. This is to ensure that all tasks within the program are required to avoid confusion or misrepresented "failed" check-ins.
