View change to the Companies Tab
There have been some changes to the Companies Tab view.
- The + New Company button has shifted to the top-left corner
- The differentiating tabs have moved the top to the left-hand side of the screen
- A new tab, "Alerts", has been added
Company Alerts
We have introduced the function to notify companies of outstanding expired documents. With this feature, you can view all companies with expired documents and push through a notification email directly through the system.
Manage your alerts using the alert stages below. Select 'Un-Actioned' for all un-actioned alerts, 'Notified' for all alerts where the company administrator has been previously notified and 'Resolved' to see which companies have updated their previously expired document.
To action multiple alerts at once, select the desired rows using the checkboxes in the table, followed by the action you want to perform.
Company Alerts Notification on the Dashboard
The dashboard has been updated to include a notification to advise of Company alerts. You can click on Manage next to the company alerts title to be redirected to the "Alerts" tab. This shows the total amount of company alerts; un-actioned, notified and resolved.
View Change to Company Profiles
There have been some changes to the view of company profiles. We've included new tabs for the comments and administrators. You can now manage the company comments and admin settings within these tabs.
Multiple comments against a Company's Profile
Previously Altora had the capability only to allow one comment against a company's profile. We have since amended this to allow adding multiple comments to ensure previous records can be maintained whilst displaying the most recent information.
Additional "Other" WHS document for Company Tasks
We have added the Other Documents option within the WHS Documents of Company Tasks. This is to allow the creation of additional WHS documents separate from JSA's, SWM's, Risk Assessments and Management Plans.
