New look to the admin login page
You may have noticed that there has been a slight change to your login page. We have refreshed our look to make accessing your account more streamlined. Keep an eye out in this section for handy new updates.
Create an online questionnaire for Pre-Qualifications*
There is now the option to create your own Pre-Qualification forms within the system. To locate this, head to Settings > Company > Pre-Qualification > Questionnaires.
Once in this section, click on the button to create a new questionnaire. From there, you can build the questionnaire similarly to how e-forms are created.
You will then have the option to add these forms to your Pre-Qualification flows. There will still be the function to add an uploaded document to these flows, which the user can download and reupload.
Multiple Pre-Qualification flows*
Previously, there was only the function to create one Pre-Qualification flow for all companies. We have listened to your feedback and have added the option to create multiple Pre-Qualifications. This can be useful if you have companies from specific fields that will need to complete tasks that are not relevant to other companies.
To do this, head to Settings > Company > Pre-Qualification > Pre-Qualifications. Once in this section, you will have the option to "+ New Pre-qualification" button in the top right corner to add additional Pre-Qualifications. You may also see the function to either add a "Digital Questionnaire" or "Upload File". The Digital Questionnaire are the questionnaire forms that you can now create within the system.
Filter inactive users when using bulk actions
We have added the option to filter for only active users when completing Bulk Actions. You can find bulk actions under Settings > Tools > Bulk Actions, and in this section, you can either bulk assign or bulk un-assign users from a program.
Now, the default setting will be only to display active users; however, if you'd like, you can tick the "Include all users (active and inactive)" box to show both inactive and active users.
*Please note that these features are only available to clients with the Contractor Management System (CMS) installed within their system. Our CMS is an extension of our induction system and can be added to your current system at an additional cost.
