Select columns to be displayed under Manage Users
Administrators can now customise the columns to be displayed under the user listings by clicking on the Column Selector icon to display a list of columns you can either hide or show.
The columns which administrators select will also appear in the search drop-down box.
Search fields with Clear button
For quick use, keywords can be cleared by clicking on 'X' inside the search box. These clear buttons can be found on the User Management and Pre-qualification pages.
User Approvals with more visible details
For quicker verification and to avoid clicking back and forth, the worker's additional details have been added to the second line under the worker's name.
Incident Reporting (Stage 1)
Stage 1 of the Incident Reporting has been launched. The Incident Report is a paid feature, it will appear on the main navigation once switched on.

Download multiple user documents option
Under the documents tab for each user, instead of downloading documents one at a time - you can now select a set of documents you'd like to download. Click 'Download documents' as shown below.
Select the documents to zip and then download
This will take you to the Download Documents page, simply tick the checkboxes on each row and click 'Download Selected Files' to begin download. There may be a short wait while the files are collated.
New current tasks description on the user console
We updated the description on the Current Tasks page on the user frontend console. This update was from feedback given by our customers as they wanted clearer instructions for their workers to read and follow when completing their induction.
