Edit saved reports
Administrators can now edit saved reports. Previously, when reports were saved - they could not be edited. Now, instead of having to recreate the entire report to make an edit, you can instead, go to the Saved Reports list -> hover over the more options menu (3-dots menu), and select Edit.
The exact same screens to generate a report will appear however this time, any settings that were saved previously will be shown for you to edit.
Once you reach the last step, the report will be saved.
Please note that the title of the saved reports is not editable at this stage.
Edit scheduled reports
Additionally, we've added the ability to edit scheduled reports also. Simply select 'Edit schedule' under the more options (3-dot menu) for the Scheduled Report you'd like to edit and follow the prompts.
Company Admins can create and assign programs to new users
This is an update to the front-end for the company administrator to manage your own workers. Previously, they were only able to invite workers via an email address. This enhancement allows them to create a user and assign programs to them, including associating them to their company and pre-populating each individual's custom filter under their profile.
Once they've been added, details can be resent. See the screenshot below.

In addition to the above, from the Admin console under a company profile - there is a new button 'View Workers' which links out to a preset of users associated with that company.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For additional security verification, customers can request for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to be enabled onto their account. It is important to note that this is a system-wide setting, therefore once it is enabled - all administrators are forced to authenticate themselves with the 2FA authentication process every time they log in.
This setting can only be enabled by Altora Support. It cannot be managed by the customer.
