Altora Induction System

Fixes/Updates:

• UI streamlined for administrators
  • new icons for task status and user status
  • new icons for left hand navigation
  • removed majority of button icons
  • removed registration field icons
  • changed button text from uppercase to capitalisation of first letters
• Company name links to company (when company layer is active)
• Moved course editor and settings into left hand navigation
• Theme activated for all cspecs (replaces account settings)

• Company separated into its own module (moved company creation, insurances and licences)
• Company SWMS task
• Approval of company tasks (insurances, licences, SWMS)
• Versioning for company tasks
• Description and instructions for company tasks
• New flow for creating companies in Altora
• ABN lookup for company entity name
• Manager can be invited to manage a company
• Login for company managers
• Company reminders are sent to company manager (if not falls back to system primary contact)

Logging

• Administrator
  • changes the name of a course
  • marks a course complete for a user
  • approves or declines a user document submission
  • changes their own or another administrators details
  • changes user details
• User
  • changes their own details
  • submits a task (e-form, document, acknowledgement)
  • completes a course
